Coimbra's carob cookies

Coimbra is the name of the bakery and coffee shop down the road for us. They sell all sorts of deliciousness. We found some gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, carob chocolate biscuits. Finley has his first taste and approves. Doesn't approve when mama takes the packet away after said biscuit is quickly devoured.

Our new house

We were in Cape Town last week looking for a new house. After 3 days of driving around looking at places, we finally settled on a house we had seen on day 1 in Claremont. It has 3.5 bedrooms, a study, nice living area, nice bathrooms, small kitchen and small garden. It has wooden floors, nice light rooms and an overall good feel to it. The location is great for a couple reasons:
